Data collected

Browsing data. The servers hosting the website (Vercel Inc.) automatically record some technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited) needed for the operation and security of the site.

Contact form and WhatsApp. The name, email and message entered in the form are used only to answer your request and are never shared with third parties. When you submit the form, the message opens in the WhatsApp app (a service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited) and you send it to the artist yourself; the same rules apply if you write or call directly.

Advertising. The website uses Google AdSense, a service of Google Ireland Limited that displays advertisements. Google may use cookies and identifiers to show personalised ads, only with your consent. More information: how Google uses data.

Legal basis and retention

Contact data is processed to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and kept only as long as necessary. Advertising cookies are used only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which can be withdrawn at any time.

You may request access to, rectification, erasure or restriction of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to info@antoniodicristofaro.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it) or with the authority of your country of residence.
